These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thrillseekercostume.com and any purchase you make from Thrill Seeker Costume Co ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Products, pricing, and availability

All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors, sizing, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays colors accurately, and slight variations between the photograph and the item received are normal for costume and apparel goods. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price and to issue a full refund.

Orders

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect to be fraudulent. Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
