Shipping policy

Straight answer on shipping times.

Most of what we sell ships from overseas partners, and we'd rather give you a real date than a number that makes a sale and then disappoints you.

Couples set	8 days	14–20 days total
Snap-stick prop (US stock)	1 business day	3–6 days total

Order by October 5 and you'll have it for Halloween. That's not a marketing deadline — it's the last date our slowest item reliably lands by Oct 31.

Order after Oct 5 and we'll still ship, but we can't promise it arrives in time, and we'll say so at checkout rather than letting you find out later.

The prop ships from the US and arrives in under a week regardless.

Tracking goes out by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are business days and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

Delays outside our control

Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are subject to carrier and customs handling. If a package is delayed beyond the windows above, contact us at hello@thrillseekercostume.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less original shipping costs.
